When the alternator dies in your driveway at 11pm. Still less than what most "24/7" mobile operators charge ($175/$175 in our market). Same warranty. Same actual-time billing.

Heavy mechanical lives at the shop.
Some work needs the lift, the engine hoist, and bay time. We do it at the shop and coordinate the tow so you don't make any calls.

Mechanical work is warrantied 12mo or 12k, whichever comes first. If something we did goes wrong in that window, we come back free. Detailing carries a same-week satisfaction guarantee — if it's not right, we re-do it.

What people ask before booking.
What does "actual time worked" mean exactly?
Most shops bill labor at the manual's "book time" — a flat estimate of how long a job should take. We bill the time we actually wrench. If the manual says 4.5 hours and Jay does it in 2, you pay for 2. On most jobs that's a 30–50% labor savings.
Are parts marked up?
Yes — at cost-plus, listed separately on every invoice. We mark parts up modestly (10–15%) to cover sourcing, returns, and the warranty we put behind them. If you want to supply your own parts, we'll fit them — but the warranty becomes parts-only on those, not bumper-to-bumper.
Why is the diagnostic fee waived only if I book the work?
Diagnostic work takes time and our scan tools cost real money. The $50 covers Jay's time when there's no follow-up. If you book the repair the same day, that $50 disappears into the labor — you're not paying twice for the same hour.
Do detail prices change for dirty cars?
The published prices cover normal use. If a car needs a heavy oil-and-grease decon, smoker car, or pet-hair extraction, we add the matching add-on (listed in the menu above) to the quote — always before we start. No surprise upcharges.
What's the difference between Full Detail and Showroom?
Full Detail is the "make it look great again" package — clay bar, sealant, full interior, light spot-clean. Showroom is the "make it look like the day you bought it" package — paint decon, single-stage polish, ceramic spray, full carpet and seat shampoo, headliner, A/C deodorize. Most repeat customers run Full Detail every 4–6 months and Showroom once a year.
Do you offer a recurring detail subscription?
Yes — monthly Express ($69/mo per vehicle) and monthly Full ($149/mo per vehicle). One vehicle gets serviced on the same day each month. Saves you about 25% vs booking each one separately. Ask us to set one up.
