Common questions about booking.

How fast can I get an appointment?

Mobile mechanical work is usually same-day or next-day. Detailing typically 2–3 days out. After-hours emergencies are dispatched within 30–60 minutes when Jay's available.

Do I have to be home for the work?

Not for most jobs. If we have access to the car and the keys (or you've given us instructions), we can knock it out while you're at work. We send before/during/after photos for everything.

What if my car can't be moved?

If it's a no-start situation, we still come for diagnostic + battery / alternator / starter work mobile. If it needs a tow, we coordinate it from our end. You don't make the calls.

Do you take card payments?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, cash, or invoice (for fleet/commercial). All payments go through Stripe — you'll get a real receipt by email.

Can I reschedule?

Yes — text us anytime. Less than 2 hours before the slot we ask for $25 to cover Jay's drive time, but otherwise no fee.
