What we collect
When you book a service, contact us, or fill out a form, we collect the information you give us — name, phone, email, vehicle info, address where service should happen, and any details about the work needed. We may also collect basic technical data when you visit the site (browser type, IP address, pages viewed) for security and analytics.
What we do with it
We use it to deliver the service you asked for: schedule the appointment, communicate about the work, send invoices, and follow up on warranty matters. We send a review request 24 hours after a completed service. That's it.
Who sees it
Just us — Jay and Star Rash, the operators of Crystal Clear Automotive. We share information only with these third-party tools we use to run the business:
- MarketSimple (GoHighLevel) — booking, CRM, messaging.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Twilio — phone and SMS.
- Google Workspace — email and calendar.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not have an "affiliate" or "partner" program that gets your data.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses minimal cookies — only what's needed for the page to function. We may add basic privacy-respecting analytics (like Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics) later; if we do, we'll update this policy.
Your rights
Email us at exterior.and.more@gmail.com and we'll show you what we have on file, fix anything wrong, or delete it. Standard request — no friction, no forms.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we'll update the date above and (if you've ever booked with us) email a heads-up.
