Who we are

Crystal Clear Automotive is a husband-and-wife mobile auto repair and detail business operating across the Tulsa metro, with a small bay at 11210 S Birch St, Jenks, OK 74037. Owners: Jay and Star Rash.

Booking & quotes

When you book a service, you'll see a quote before we start any work. The quote is the price you pay, unless additional issues are discovered during service — in which case we'll stop, show you the issue, and get your sign-off on the change before continuing. No surprise charges.

Labor is billed at $100/hr for actual time worked, not the manual's "book time." Parts are at cost-plus and listed separately on the invoice.

Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule anytime by text or call. Cancellations less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may be charged a $25 trip fee to cover Jay's drive time. After-hours emergency dispatches that are canceled after Jay leaves are billed full trip + 1 hour minimum.

Payment

Payment is due on completion. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, cash, or invoice (fleet/commercial accounts only, Net 15). All electronic payments process through Stripe.

Warranty

Mechanical work: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on labor and parts we supplied. If something we did fails in that window, we come back free of charge to fix it. Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, damage from accidents, customer-supplied parts, or work done by other shops.

Detailing: same-week satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, tell us within 7 days and we'll re-do it. Detail work is by nature temporary — paint correction lasts as long as you take care of it; ceramic spray sealants last 4–6 months.

Where we work

We work mobile in the Tulsa metro: Jenks, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Tulsa (South / East / West), Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Glenpool. Outside that area, a $20 trip charge applies. We do not currently service North Tulsa.

Some HOAs and apartment complexes restrict mechanic work on premises. You're responsible for confirming your property allows the service before we arrive. If we're turned away by property management on arrival, the trip fee applies.

Heavy mechanical work

Engine R&R, transmission work, internal engine repair, and major suspension work are done at our Jenks shop and require a tow. We can coordinate the tow on your behalf — the tow fee is billed pass-through with no markup.

Photos & before/after content

We may take photos of work-in-progress and before/after shots for our records and (with your permission) for our marketing channels. Tell us at booking if you'd prefer not to be photographed or featured. We never photograph faces, license plates, or VINs without explicit consent.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. If our work directly causes damage, the warranty covers repair or replacement. We carry general liability insurance and are happy to provide a certificate of insurance to fleet/commercial customers on request.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, the fastest path is to text us. We resolve almost everything by talking. Formal disputes are governed by Oklahoma law, in courts located in Tulsa County.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms materially, we'll change the date above and (for active customers) email a notice.
